Description of Work: They bid on the job Did a rebid because I added another stop and pick up of other items in different city. They packed all my belongings, loaded it on the truck and unloaded all items at destination. All the people I dealt with were very personable, professional and courteous. I was satisfied with all aspects of the move. Had one minor mishap that they handled quickly, proficiently and to my satisfaction.

Description of Work: I contacted JP Moving regarding an estimate for our upcoming move and the woman who answered the phone was very pleasant. She said she was on another call and would call me back in 5 minutes -- that was 5 days ago. I filled out the online form in case she had written down the wrong phone number and still no response. I am not sure how they would be to use, however if they are this unresponsive for just a quote then I can imagine how unresponsive they would be if you had an issue with your move.

I apologize that your call wasn't returned as promised, I honestly do not know why you were not contacted. It may be possible that she took your number down incorrectly, but we certainly do not intentionally fail to respond to any potential, or current client. I responded to your quote request submitted on 10-28-2011 on the very same day. Three separate emails were sent to the email address given on the form. Please check your spam and let me know if you have found them. They were sent to the email which was given in the form.

We thank you for taking the time to consider us for your recent moving needs. I apologize that you were placed on hold, but we are very busy and make every effort to be responsive to all of our clients and potential clients. Unfortunately, sometimes while we are on another call, we have to make sure the person ahead of you has had all their questions answered and their needs meet before we can field another call. We have two ladies in the office and they do everything they can do assist all callers and rarely have a person on hold for very long. I actually checked our call history and log for the date you posted and we have no calls that lasted longer than 3 minutes, so maybe your hold time was a minute or two, but we have a very detailed phone system and it shows all incoming and outgoing calls and the duration of the call, and the longest call was 3.23 minutes. Our reports are taken very seriously. We make every effort to be as thorough and professional to all callers, so please accept my apologies, but as you can see from the countless good reviews that we don't intentionally dismiss any client and strive to make sure the process is a pleasant one for all of our clients.

Went very well
Description of Work: These guys were great. They moved a whole photo studio to a new location in 10 hours, with 4 guys. The new location was a 2 story walkup and hauled a full 26 foot truck quick and safely. Also, some of the items were over 300 lbs. Great guys.
