Description of Work: Xavier, Adrian and Ezoa unloaded our 26' rental truck. They did a great job! Worked hard, no problems and didn't damage any furniture, newly painted walls or trim. Very accommodating and easy to work with! We would definitely use them again. They called before they arrived and updated us which we appreciated. Very professional and polite.

Description of Work: Packing and moving to a new home. |The packing went well the first day and the guys were very nice and friendly. |They were right on time the next day and we were packed up pretty quickly. |I do think they should have had a little larger truck as all my things almost did not fit. I was upset to see my large dresser up on it's side in the truck and all my things were all over inside when they brought it into my master bedroom. I also had a broken leg on my dining room table and a broken base on a cabinet that they did not show me. I know they were rushed to unpack me and some boxes were not marked the way they should have been so I have stuff all over my garage. I now this was because they had to leave for one more job that day. I could see that they were getting frustrated when I'd ask them which room the box came from and then they saw that about 1/3 of the boxes were not properly marked. So it's going to take me awhile to unpack and extra moving of things around because of not knowing whats in many boxes. |
