They came out on a warm day, they cleaned up well, they didn’t goof around or anything. It was very quick, they were working hard all along.

Ramiro responded very quickly to my request for a quote. He came out on the same day of my initial call and when quoting a price he stated he had the lowest price and would match a competitor if I found anyone that was less expensive. He was right. He was very professional when sending formal written estimates and contracts. He removed the fence in my backyard to get to the tree to cut it down. Once they completed cutting the tree, they reinstalled the fence and put it back up in better condition than it was before they started. My contract requested that firewood be left behind but since the tree was not in good condition Ramiro came back and provided firewood. I had one minor issue and that was an appointment was not scheduled for the actual tree removal. They just showed up one day and did the job. Other than that, everything else was great.

I contacted Ramiro on the evening of 3/11/15 and left a voicemail with my request for a quote. He returned my call the next day at noon and let me know he would take a look at trees and call me the following day, which he did. He gave me 2 prices, 1 to cut tree down only and the other to include removing the stumps. I went with the latter and he offered to do the job the following day, but I put it off until the following week. He called me on 3/15/15 to schedule and the job was completed on 3/16/15. I came home to find both trees gone and a clean yard! Very satisfied!
