Used Jim's firm based on the recommendation of neighbors. He came and did a thorough inspection, educated me about mold and humidity issues. He also alerted me to a possible gas leak (which I couldn't smell), later confirmed by Nicor. That finding alone was worth his reasonable fee. I highly recommend Jim and his firm.

Incredibly impressed with Jim & his team! When we were in the process of purchasing our home mold came up on our inspection! I thought for sure this meant the end of our dream home - I was so worried! Looking back, it ended up being no big deal and that is thanks to Jim and his team. We met with three different mold specialists and Jim was by far the most thorough. His inspection process and remediation process was the most detailed. I knew we were in good hands. His team did such an excellent job that I am sure we won't need to work together again (on this house!) but he should be your first call!

I called about a mold inspection. They gave free and sound advice over the phone in order to help me address the issue on my own before paying for an inspection. They were friendly, knowledgable, and appeared to care about educating me for how to address any issues in the future. I highly recommend!

Jim and his team did mold mitigation in our attic. Jim explained exactly what was to be done and followed up to make sure the issue was taken care of. Everyone was on time, and made sure that they cleaned up when they were done. Jim himself made sure that we were satisfied with the results. We would not hesitate to recommend them.
