Work was done promptly and he arrived early, as I had requested. He did not clean up after the installation of the deadbolt, leaving wood chips and sawdust on the floor.

Prompt, reliable, very kind person. Fixed an extra doorknob for me while he was on the premises. Created extra keys for me right on the spot--has a full workshop in his van. Amazing.

Overall, the sales associate and the installer did an excellent job. They provided excellent customer service.

We called for an estimate which they can do over the phone. They showed up two days later with an arrival window of +/- two hours. (They said they'd show up later in the morning, and arrived at 10:45 am.) The guy listened to what I needed, then got right to work and was very efficient. They charge $17 for re-keying locks you have the key for, $27 (or so) for re-keying locks you DON'T have the key for, $99 for arriving at your house, and I think $99 / hour for misc. labor. They're good at what they do, so they're quick, and you won't spend a lot on labor costs. Given the extent of work we needed done, $300+ was a pleasant surprise - previous locksmith a couple years ago estimated $600+, but we didn't go with him as he was a flake that never showed. In the end, the work was very high quality, and for a locksmith, very affordable. The guy was professional, clean, punctual, and trustworthy. Everything you'd want in a contractor. We'lll be using these guys as our go-to lock guys. We were very disappointed with another provider on Angieslist in the Arlington Heights area that, somehow, manages to get excellent reviews. I'd give DuPage Security Solutions a serious look. We're 100% satisfied.

The person who came to my house was very professional and wanted to make sure he did everything to my satisfaction. The cost of their services was significantly less than Goldy Locks. They were able to come out the same day I called.

the guy came out and took measures, found out the part I wanted was special order, followed up until we got it and then installed. They helped with info on parts and finishes off the internet and advised me on the issues with painted finishes (they don't last) and found me a part that would last.

I talked to a person the first time I called. No answering service. That was good. He said they could come out today. That was good. I requested service after 1130. The man said he would call first before he came out, but he didn't call first. That was ok. He completed the job in 45 min. And did not make a mess. That was good. Later, I found out that the sevice call price($69) was higher than other lock smiths in the area. My fault.

At first I tried to do it myself... wrong answer. These guys were very responsive. They came out, installed the front and bottom replacements, and cleaned everything up very nicely. As is always the case with me, I typically watch the whole repair process while asking a ton of questions. My guy was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about anything lock-related i.e. safes (fireproof, for media), proper doors construction, residential security glass, to name a few. I was very impressed with Dupage Security. I'd hire them again in a split second

They quoted us immediately and stuck to their quote. They were local, thorough, and asked the right questions. They explained how their service calls worked so I had to arrange to meet them there. They explained that they couldn't guarantee past the first session, but they would communicate by phone. They actually met me by my schedule.

They were very professional. The technician was dressed professionally. They opened in no time at all. I would use them again.

I called, and they offered to come out the same day. When the repair person arrived, he did exactly what I needed him to do -- he replaced the tumblers, got the lock working again and even replaced my nonfunctional door handle for free with one he had on the truck leftover from another job. He was fast, did excellent work, did exactly what I asked for and more, and was very nice. I thought the price was reasonable as well. I would definitely use them again.

I called, and they came out the next day. I thought that they were very professional. The man that came out knew what he was doing, and pointed out an issue with my door that I would need a carpenter for. He was here for a little over an hour.

The installer showed up on time, installed two Medeco bump-proof locks in less than the estimated time and keyed them alike.
