Description of Work: We called for an estimate to have some trees either trimmed or removed following some storm damage.

 + -1 moreThe company was prompt in coming to give an estimate, which was much lower than the next lowest bid. They said that the work would occur ''in 1 to 2 weeks''. After about 5 weeks, the work took place. In all fairness, they were busy due to rainy weather and tree emergencies. However, I only got answering service messages when inquiring on our start date. Finally, after threatening to go to another tree service, they responded. They then came out within a week. All employees were prompt, courteous, and professional. The main obstacle was reaching them(answering service). Cleanup and quality of work were first-rate.
Description of Work: The service removed one large dying maple tree, a small choke cherry and a medium-sized serviceberry tree. They also trimmed dying branches from a large ash tree. Stump removal was also performed.

 + -1 moreGood experience. They were on time and did exactly, as indicated in proposal. The only negative was that, when I called them for estimate I got an answering machine and had to wait for a call-back.
Description of Work: Removed 2 spruce trees, ground stumps and trimmed 1 spruce tree. Very quick and all debris was removed, so no clean-up was necessary.
