First said 500 once job was done 1700???? Never again. Won’t recommend then when I told the guy I don’t have cash if he took card he said yes then at the end he said check only? Couldn’t even get his payments straight. Ever again. I felt jipped. Please if you call and they don’t answer it’s a blessing. I am not happy and I am so upset. BUT LESSON LEARNED! This was for the sealant around the house.

Failed to act in a professional manner. I called several times trying to get an estimate and my calls were ignored. At the very least you inform the client that you are unable to perform the task requested.

There was a problem with leaking the day after they did the roof. They finally did some restoration of the interior that was damaged as a result of the leak. It was after considerable conversation with the company. I didn’t particularly care for the fact that I had to go at them in a strong way to get them to do the repair. The roof wasn’t replaced because the roof was leaking. The roof was replaced in the cold weather so they think it was the ice between the layers and when it warmed up the ice melted and came to the interior of the building. It did a lot of interior damage. They did come and fix the problem, but after we had gone back and forth. I don’t think I would recommend them. They didn’t do a really good job of cleaning up after themselves either. My tenants had to clean up some of their work. I decided against having them my own home.
