window treatments
 + -1 morelt went great! Tom showed up on time, worked quickly and expertly and was friendly and polite. As he was taking down a blind that is 144 inches wide, it was not a small job. He certainly knew what he was doing! When I asked him for recommendations about other window treatments, he was able to give me some design ideas. I am VERY HAPPY with the work done- fast, efficient, professional, excellent service. I would definitely use BETTER BLINDS again.
Description of Work: Tom came to the house to look at my vertical blinds to see if they were fixable, which they were. He took the blinds down and took them to the shop. They were repaired and returned a day later. Tom had left me a voice message offering to bring them back late that same night so I would have a window covering, but I got home very late and was too tired to take him up on his offer. I was impressed by his offer.

window treatments, blind cleaning
 + 0 moreThe company was very quick to respond, and took the time to go into detail about the whole process. The Technician came out on Tuesday (4/24/12) to take down the blinds. and was back on Thursday (4/26/12) to rehang them. The Technician - Nick Smith - was very polite and very professional. He took the time to let me know his approximate arrival time on both days. All in all Better Blinds is the BEST !! I would not hesitate to refer them to friends and neighbors, and will definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Called the company to get our vertical blinds in the living room and dining room cleaned, one of the units had to be re-strung - the cord that opens and closes the blinds was broken . The verticals are about 20 years old and to our knowledge had never been cleaned.
