They responded immediately to my reques and were courteous and professional. A plumber was sent out to our house on the same day to replace the sump pump and completed the job quickly without a big mess.

Aqua City Plumbing (Chris) was definitely a good choice for my sewer line repair. What set them apart from other plumbers was the following: * Price point was easily $400 less then other plumbers estimates for the repair. *Chris came out 3x to help unclog the line when a heavy root infestation came from the city line & provided information that help get the city to clear there mess. 4th Good communication using e-mail, texting, pictures and phone calls kept me aware of what was going on with my project even when I wasn't home. 5th Chris Had to find an outdated part to repair a cap that has not been in production for over 30 years..

Chris, the owner, responded within the hour to our online request. He came out the next business day and spent two hours assessing the situation. He took the time to show me exactly what was going on and what needs to be done. He was thorough and seemed very honest and forthright. We are a nonprofit and he was very gracious and more than fair regrading cost. We have yet to accept the project bid, but based on their efforts thus far, I would highly recommend this company.

Chris went out of his way to make himself available for a water main turn on, and after a brief inspection of the home he briefed me on the severity of the situation, saving me THOUSANDS on new pipes. The end result was, I saved thousands because I did not move forward with the purchase of a rental unit. And he charged me 1/4 of the visit and the assessment of the home. Thank you!

The plumber found the problem was not in my main sewer line but the city sewer line. The water was not pumping out because of the backup in the alley sewer line. That was helpful because I contacted the village so that they can fix the problem. Thanks for the help.

Aqua Service Contractors Inc. connected our home to the municipal water & sewer lines at my street. The home was previously on 'well & septic' This was a big job, the sewer line was on the other side of the street, approx. 160' away from my house. The job was completed quickly with no problems! Aqua Service Contractors from Addison reponded immediately to my inquiry on Servicemagic. After discussing the problem over the phone the owner gave me an approximate bid based on my description and his initial thoughts on the possible problem. We scheduled an appointment. He was on time, called ahead, analyzed the problem, routed out the main drain of tree roots using the outside cleanout He then showed me the condition of the sewer pipe using his camera, recommended future actions and cleaned up the area. Professional, efficient and fair.

The plumber was on time and completed the work in the timeframe indicated. The issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

When the contractor's repair failed to be adequate, he immediately returned to the home to fix it again, this time he snaked the entire line out to the village drains to ensure no blockage. Highly recommend again, works until the job is done, not just paid for!
