It was a dirty job and he cleaned up everything! He was out to my house in half an hour and done with the job in 25 minutes.

This was my first time using Service Magic. I received a call immediately from Chris upon filing the request. I told Chris my pump was continuously running even though the pit was dry. He gave me a quote over the phone and had Pedro at my home within two hours. Pedro installed a new pump and had me watch him as he tested the pump so that I knew it was working. Pedro was also great about not tracking mud in the house, which I really appreciated. I talked to Chris immediately after the job was complete and he wanted to make sure that everything was in order. I was really happy to get fast, professional service on a Saturday.
