They were very courteous, on time and they did a great job. I don't know why I didn't get back to them sooner as I was very pleased with their service.

They were great and everything was good about them. We had no problems. They came on time. They finished the work within the allotted time they said they would. Everything was guaranteed.

I thought this company did a very nice job, and the price was very reasonable. The owner was very responsive. My only complaint was that I was told the job could be finished in one day and it actually took two. Other than that, I was satisfied and would recommend this company.

The experience was really good. They were very professional. Their pricing was really good. They got in, did the work, and got out. We haven't had any problems with their system at all. We had kind of a bad situation because we had previously used another company that we had a very bad experience with and our basement system failed and we completely flooded. We were much, much happier with America's Best.

We worked with Dick Welsh. He came over to our house and looked at where we were experiencing seepage in our basement. He only recommended drain tile where we saw the problem, which was in part of our basement. He never pushed us to do the entire perimeter because we had a finished basement. But we had been considering a full renovation of the basement, and when we told him that he said he would give us an estimate for doing the entire perimeter, since that's what would be done if it was unfinished. So, after looking over both estimates (and estimates from other companies) we decided to go with America's Best. It was a 2-day job and was a lot of work. Jackhammering was ruthless. But the crew was professional, and they did a great job navigating around our mechanicals and our basement radiators. They filled some wall cracks, laid down gravel, drain tile, pimple board, and backfilled. The cement work at the end was amazing, it leveled right out and dried perfectly. Because we were remodeling after they were done, Dick gave specific instructions about how we should not nail down carpet tack strips, or nail baseboard. The pump has been working perfectly and it ejects out of the house as it should. It's freezing now in February as I write this, but when we did have rain, it was amazing just how much water was being drawn into the pump from the drain tile. At first it's a little frightening to hear the pump kick on, but then you get used to the idea of knowing that it means you're staying dry. We now have a finished basement that includes a system to stay dry, something that gives us a better feeling of security and certainly adds value to the space.

I was extremely pleased with them because they were very clean and very quick with doing the job. Their price was a little high.

We haven't done the work yet becuase another contractor told us to try grading and other steps first. We expect to do the work in the end and we expect to use America's Best.

They were courteous, on time, neat, responsive. They were very pleasant to work with. They were clear on what needed to be done right away. They wrote a report identifying where the leaks were. They said there were three other leaks that needed to be done in 24 months.

THEIR SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT, WITH PROVIDING DIFFERENT OPTIONS, PARTICULAR TO OUR NEEDS. THEY ARE FLEXIBLE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. CRAIG, THE OWNER, IS OUTSTANDING TO DEAL WITH. VERY PERSONABLE, AND LISTENS TO ALL OF YOUR NEEDS. OUTSTANDING WORKERS AND OUTSTANDING JOB.

THEY SOLD ME A SYSTEM I DIDN'T REALLY NEED. NOW, THE SYSTEM IS DEFECTIVE -- IT'S CAUSING SEWAGE TO WELL UP INTO MY BASEMENT! IT'S MADE THE WHOLE SITUATION 10 TIMES WORSE THAN BEFORE! AT LEAST BEFORE, IT WAS CLEAN WATER FROM THE YARD, AND NOT SEWAGE, WAS FLOODING MY BASEMENT. PLUS, THE FOREMAN OF THE CREW LEFT 6 BAGS OF CEMENT IN MY GARAGE AND NEVER CAME BACK TO CLEAN UP. THEY'RE REFUSING TO COME OUT AND CHECK THEIR OWN WORK. AN EMPLOYEE WAS CURT TO THE POINT OF RUDENESS WITH ME AND MY HOUSEMATE.

HE CALLED AHEAD & SAID HE WOULD BE A LITTLE LATE. GREAT COMMUNICATION. INITIAL CONTACT WAS VERY NICE, SWEET & CHEERFUL. VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE RECOMMENDED A FEW THINGS I COULD CHECK FOR. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL EVEN THOUGH THE JOB WAS BEYOND HIS SCOPE.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
