 + -1 moreThey did fine work and they were accessible but they missed two appointments before they actually got to one. They installed the furnace so they gave me a discount for the ongoing service.
Description of Work: I used Air Flow Co. Inc. for heating and air conditioning. They gave me a postcard for an annual checkup. They went to see if it's working right and if it's clean.

water heater repair
 + -1 moreI called around looking for someone to install a Bradford model water heater, but was having a lot of trouble. Air Flow went out of their way to install it. You could tell they didn't do water heaters everyday but were really great about.
Description of Work: The original water heater in the basement of my home began to leak, and a team of guys installed a new top of the line 75 gallon Bradford model heater in about five hours. They hauled away my old ones and installed a single unit. We also use them for annual check ups.
