+ -1 moreGreat job! I first received a quote from him for flooring in my house. I went to a customers house to see his work and really like what I saw. My sense is he would have done a great job even though I had a prior quote for the house.

+ 0 moreMy floors look like new. I thought they would look better after buffing and polyurethane, but Vic exceeded my expectations. He went above and beyond in painstakingly cleaning up all of the little dry paint splotches my messy painters left behind because they did not use drop cloths. He also pulled staples I had missed out of the floors where there had been carpet. The product he uses to polyurethane is a water based product which is supposed to last longer than the oil based products. I can attest that it does wear well - we lived in the prior home for over 7 years and the floors still looked great when we moved out. I will never let anyone else touch my floors!
Description of Work: Vic buffed all of the hardwood floors in my house and applied a coat of polyurethane. Prior to buffing he cleaned/stripped the floors with mineral spirits. It took only a day to do this work, which included about 2500 square feet of flooring, including a stair case. We had the work done prior to moving in. About 10 years ago Vic sanded and refinished the floors in a previous home. It was an ugly job because there was linoleum tile stuck on top of the wood floors (under the brown shag carpeting). He made the floors look fantastic.
