Perfect! As new homeowners 21 years ago, we used A Perfect Climate to replace the old furnace and air conditioner and were happy with their work. We needed a new furnace and air conditioner in 2016, and after pricing out 3 companies, we decided to stay with A Perfect Climate. Mike and Rick explained everything the job entails and made sure that the job was done right. Their work is clean and professional. The crew was very friendly and knew what they were doing. We had this work done on the coldest day in December 2016 and they made sure the heat was up and running by the end of the day. I would recommend A Perfect Climate to anyone looking for a good, honest, hardworking company.

I can't say enough good things about this company! Mike and Rick were both wonderful to deal with, explaining everything in great detail and taking the time to make sure we were comfortable with the choices we made and the process through completion of install. The installation crew was extremely meticulous and thorough in their work, making sure to complete all work at a high level of quality and accuracy so that we could avoid problems down the road. They took the time to give us an orientation on the new systems and how to use the high-end thermostat properly. They also have a preventative maintenance program that you can sign up for in order to keep the system working at the best efficiency through its useful life. I completely trust all the employees of this company, and I was totally comfortable having them in my home when I wasn't there. They have on-call emergency service available also, which was helpful when we experienced our first diagnostic error code on the furnace (our filter had gotten clogged with too much construction/renovation debris). I would recommend this company to anyone, even strangers if I overheard a conversation where they were looking for an HVAC/plumbing technician.

They did fine, but just not too much. They didn't have much, but they had to change filter. As far as, I am concerned they did what they were supposed to do. I will grade them above an average. Their price range was average. The quality is good. They were here when they were supposed to be here.

It's going excellent. We evaluated a few different companies and this is the only company that came in and seemed like they knew exactly what to do and how wine ages and how you need to humidify the room correctly. They also knew what to change. We looked at about 4 companies and they were the only ones that really seemed to know how to make a summary of everything and know what to do and why.

This company solved a radiator problem that no other company was able to solve for 35 years so I have been having A-Perfect for service ever since. I was disappointed the the service person who did doing the routine servicing in the fall of 2009 did not set the temp high enough.. However it was very cold in January and the company came promptly so I appreciated the service.

The installers were extremely professional and did excellent work. They worked additional hours to complete the job in the estimated timeframe. Mike, the senior installer and electrician, performed excellent work and even corrected some of the mistakes from work done by the previous owner. The salesperson could have been more prompt in communication but was fair and honest. I would definitely provide an excellent recommendation for this business.

There was a mistake in the work the first time they came out, but they were very quick to come back out and repair the problem at no additional charge. They stand by their work and I would highly recommend them.

I called this morning and they were here this afternoon. The tech was very courteous and answered all of my questions patiently and professionally. He also took time to explain their maintenance program. Overall, I am very pleased with the service provided.

They were on time and took away the old unit. They were polite and cleaned the area up. They also made sure I understood how my new CAC unit worked.

This was an emergency service call, as we had no heat. The office phone was answered promptly and courteously. The technician (Ron) arrived during the promised time span, diagnosed the problem immediately, and fixed it quickly. We'll use this company again.
