Farm Fence not good quality - told miniature horses would not break it by kicking - they did. Installer did a lousy job of installing - didn't do 8 ft centers; did not crimp ends (minis pushed boards out); owner came himself and helped my husband put boards down the middle of each post and screw and fencing to the board. Installer did not set posts with dry concrete and never watered it so posts pushed up; husband waters concrete to stop problem. Owner now says that boards broke by minis kicking it is not covered but considered abuse (this is FARM fence - animals never kick farm fence???)so we are having to replace broke boards but have a great deal of waste since the fence is not on 8ft centers, so the standard 8ft cut can't be used. Our decorative fencing was not centered correctly either and the slats keep falling out whenever a bird or squrril get on it. Owner said would fix but never has. Very disappointed in quality ande unresponsiveness of owner of company to problems we are continually having.

After we made our final decision of the fencing details, Terry waited patiently while we took our variance request to the city counsel for their approval. We needed the fencing to be 42 inches tall to keep in our larger dog and we needed an additional post in the lower half of the fence to keep in the smaller dog. It took about 12 weeks from payment of the first check to the delivery of the fencing. That was the hardest wait for us because we had thought about this for years. Having finally made the decision, we wanted the fence immediately! The crew was awesome. They came every day for five days and put up 700 feet and five gates of the most beautiful fence we had ever seen. It is an ornamental fence and Terry suggested that we get it in bronze instead of black. The color is actually more of a gray and it looks perfect with our house. We have received so many compliments from our neighbors and people just driving by. It looks like it was always meant to be here. We love it, our dogs love it. Thanks to Terry and the installation crew!

Not well at all. The owner/estimator was very professional and listened well while pitching his product. However, the installation crew was an old man and what appeared to be an ex-convict. Almost every bolt for the posts were left loose, some with not even a thread reveal past the nut. The tension wire was hardly taut, just moderately twisted by hand. No cement for the line posts. Very bad experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone. After the job was finished, the installation crew wanted their payment and I refused until I talked to the owner/estimator. Once he arrived, I showed him the laziness the crew displayed and he apologized, but gave the impression he was not surprised!! Why have people work for you and represent your company who cannot even represent themselves with dignity and integrity? The following are email exchanges that the owner/estimator sent me regarding the review that I posted. Compare these emails to the "review response" that he left. Different tone altogether. You'll be delighted to know the installer that did your project is no longer with us. Since Angieslist didn't exist in 09' when our business was done, your project review starts with a lie. Consider this a cease and desist letter. I will give you a chance to remove the review. If you don't, I have the option of posting all of your emails under the review or pass it my attorney. Resurrecting past issues and informing a community serves no useful purpose, especially now that you know the installer is not longer with us. Leaving it puts an issue between you and me. Dealing with the public after 20 years of business and 5000 customers fortunately there aren't many people out there like you. 7/23/13 Cease and desist. This is your only warning. Don't address me, my family, or my business again, in any way, via email, forum, review, person, or otherwise. My attorney will level harassment charges against you and prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.

I had just bought a new house and have a large dog. I wanted to have the fence installed ASAP after i closed on the house. They began installing the fence within days of recieving the parts. The workers were professional and friendly. The whole install took 3 days, and the fence looks great. Other than some minor tightening of a few screws everything is great. There were, however, two gripes that I did have, but neither sways my opinion of the work and company. The first is the crew was a day late in beginning the install. The company contact was very good about keeping me informed, as i am an annoying micromanage kind of customer. When the plans changed last minute however, i was not informed until I called to ask for the status. Like i said, not a big deal, as the rest of the process went so smoothly. The second gripe is the placement of the fence. For some reason on the right side of my property, the fence sits within an inch of our property line. In the back and left side, however, the fence is set back from the property line by about 6 inches. The inconsistency is confusing, but in the end, still within my property so will be no problem.
