+ -1 moreHe came in and I described the end result I was looking for, he gave me a ball park estimate and called back that afternoon with a more specific number. He started the next Monday and finished the same week. I got the bill a couple of weeks later and it was easy to read and made sense - it included all receipts for supplies, his time and his helpers time. A great experience.
Description of Work: Brad re-did our garage including walls, insulation, support and finish work. In the past he has done a number of projects and is a great contractor. He shows up when he says he will, tells you what he is going to sub out, and keeps us updated on progress. He knows what he's doing and works amazingly fast and hard. No BS time - he gets it done and done well.
