+ -1 moreThey responded quickly and efficiently to all requests: including a bid, our realtor's goals, actual implementation, as well as removal when service was no longer needed. An cash offer was made the first weekend the house was listed, which closed by the end of the same month. Without Swan House Staging, I know the house would not have sold so quickly even with the great expertise of our realtors - of whom referred us to Swan House in the first place. Swan House has a genuine talent and finesse at staging homes for resale as backed up by the obvious speed at which the homes they stage sale. Ours was not the only one to sale so quickly. While we hesitated at first at spending the money due to our own lack of experience and tight budget, I can now say wholeheartedly that their services were worth every penny we paid. We needed a quick sale and got it! If ever we have another property in the area to stage or have friends or family in need, Swan House Staging will be who we use and recommend.
Description of Work: They delivered and set-up furniture and accessories in an empty house in preparation for listing the house for sale with local realtors. They stages the following rooms: entry, front porch, living room, dining room, kitchen & dinette area, half bathroom, master bedroom & bath & walk-in closet, upstairs bathroom. They charged a set-up fee and a monthly rental fee. They completely transformed the home, accentuating the pluses while minimizing the negatives. Made a 15 year old house feel fresh, comfortable, up-to-date, and beautiful. Besides major furniture pieces, they add artwork, artificial plants, and other accessories to maximize the appeal of the spaces for all kinds of buyers. Even added special touches of scent strategically places throughout the home that reinforced to whole atmosphere - like scented candles in the master suite, potpourri in the other bathrooms, coffee beans in the kitchen, etc.
