 + 0 moreMy tile floors turned out great. Josiah is very good at designing a tile layout and installing tile floors and backsplashes He is very good at communicating his schedule and being there when he says.
Description of Work: Installed and trimmed a sliding glass door in my Master Bedroom. Tore old flooring, installed new cement board and tiled Laundry, Closet and Two bathroom floors and backsplashes in a diagonal layout with corner pieces.

 + 2 moreThe most recent job Josiah did for us was hanging a very large, heavy antique mirror. We were worried about damaging the delicate Victorian mirror or the weight of the mirror damaging the sheetrock. Josiah was here just 2 hours after I called and quickly and safely had the mirror hung. He also fixed a problem we had with a door while he was here for no extra charge. Josiah's the best!
Description of Work: Josiah has done many remodeling and handyman jobs for us over the past year. He was the lead remodeler on a huge bathroom remodeling project when he was working for JDI Remodeling and did an excellent job. (I reviewed that project under JDI Remodeling; we were very happy with the whole experience.) Josiah has done small projects for us since starting his own remodeling firm and we've been extremely happy with his professionalism, responsiveness, punctuality and the quality of the work he does. His prices are reasonable and he's a pleasure to work with. We recommend Josiah Callis of Professional Remodelers without reservation.
