It was an awesome experience. They helped us every step of the way as far as getting the things done so we could close on our new home in time. Their customer service is phenomenal and they are very polite. They personally came to our house to ensure everything we asked for was being completed. I would absolutely use them for another home!

It went very well. Now as far as follow up, I'm sad to say that Wolverton Homes did not call us back to see if we were interested in having a home built. My wife and I ended up buying a home instead of having a house.

We ended up going with another builder but they have been nice and they definitely would have been our second choice. The person that we worked with was excellent during the estimation process. He had a good proposal. We only ended up going with somebody else because we liked their design since it was a little bit better than theirs and the price was a little bit more reasonable too. But their price was fairly reasonable as well. They were also the very first ones who called us. The man was prompt in his communication and he followed up on all the questions that we had. I would go back to them again if I need another bid.

We went in to Wolverton Homes not sure if we wanted to buy or not. We mostly wanted to just get more information about what the company offered and what types of houses they already had for sale. The saleswoman was very friendly and we did not feel pressured to jump to any decisions. They directed us to a great bank with a mortgage loan officer who was also very helpful and easy to get ahold of. We found the perfect home for a GREAT price for just my husband and me in a neighborhood that is 95% Wolverton Homes. They walked us through the house on our closing day to show us how to use the sprinkler timers, how to use the AC and Heating, and answered any other questions we had. They presented us with a basket from the Cookie Basket and gave us a warranty book which provided information for everything that was covered under warranty for the first year and it also explained that there was a lifetime structural warranty. We have lived in the home for the summer and have not come across any problems, large or small in the house. We have made friends with many of the other homeowners in the subdivision and they have also been very friendly and we have been told from more than one that we chose the right builder.
