The company came out and bid the job. After selecting them to do the work, they did not show up when scheduled. Materials were left about the property (waste materials after the roof was stripped.) The quality of work was shoddy, and the roof still leaked when they finished. I contacted the company in order to get warranty work done, because the roof should never have leaked after a new one was installed. They beat around the bush and indicated that I should get up on the roof and apply sealants in order to prevent the roof from leaking. I ended up hiring someone else that actually cared about me and my problem.

Within six months after we moved in, window trim was falling off. The first time I called for repairs, they came out within a week. After about a month, there was another wind storm and more trim blew off. I made a call to them again and they said that they would be out to fix it. After about two months and numerous calls they never showed up the fix the trim. Every time I called the person I needed to take to wasn't there and would call me back as soon as he got in. Apparently he never came in because he never called. We finnaly called another big name siding company and had them come out and fix Whiteheads poor quality work don't make the mistake and have them do subpar work on your house.

I could not get past the Secretary answering the phone. Unfortunately, you cannot apply for a building permit in Twin Falls without knowing the cost for all materials. In trying to secure an estimate, they would not even talk to me about costs without completed plans. I have the size of the shop and all the windows, doors, overhang, roof pitch, etc., but they will not even consider without full blown plans. But, fortunately for me, I read the reviews on Angie's List and, knowing the lack of customer service on the phone and what I read here, I would not do business with them. Their loss.

About six weeks after the job was completed the trim pieces around the windows started falling off. The first time it happened they came out pretty fast. After the second time we had problems, I made numerous calls to have them come out and fix the trim. It was about a month later that they finally came out to fix the trim. They told me that I would have to pay to have it fixed. Nice warrantee. I called the office and tried to talk to the owners but they were never around. I got the runaround for about four weeks until I decide to have ABC Seamless come out and fix the poor workmanship that whiteheads did. I will never allow them to do any work for me again.

The house we purchased came with Masonite siding, wood trim around doors including the garage doors, and wood pillars. We were going to just fix the wood trim around the doors that was peeling & in need of being sanded & painted, due to cost. Just to know the cost of steel siding I contacted 2 well known siding companies in the Twin Falls area and Whitehead Home and Energy was one of them. The 1st estimate from the other company was outrageously high even with their 30% off discount. Whitehead come the next day & gave us another bid, which was 50% less than the original bid from the 1st siding company. I was planning a party in November and wanted the house to be completed before the party. We picked out the color of siding and fascia that we wanted & they put the order in. The supply house made an inventory error & did not have the color we originally wanted. We had two choices, wait for the color we initially wanted and not be done by the party or pick another color. Brent with Whitehead met with me immediately so that I could look at the other colors and I picked out a new color that was close to the original color. Whitehead started as soon as the materials were in. Our home was completed on the promised day before noon. The installers were very accommodating to my uncertainty related to which color of trim to use around windows & on corners of home & set up visuals of materials so that I could choose the "right" one. The installers communicated with me every step of the way. We would definitely recommend Whitehead Home & Energy to anyone wanting seamless siding, rain gutters, & fascia on their home.
