Jim and Nikki were extremely easy to work with throughout the entire process. It started with Jim being the first builder who actually listened to what we wanted in a home. Others kept trying to show us their ideas and didn't really listen to what we wanted. We were building in the country and ran into a few issues and Jim helped us through them all. Nikki was a real blessing. She knew our budget and didn't show us fixtures that were way out of line. She has a great eye for color, decorating, and can imagine what ideas will look like when finished. Both Jim and Nikki managed to get into our brains and see exactly what we envisioned for our home. They even included our children in the process and made them feel like they truly had a say in the process. Nikki helped the kids pick out colors for their rooms that were what they wanted and yet fit into our color palate. All of the subcontractors were friendly and explained the process to us if we asked. We know that Jim and Nikki had numerous other clients at the same time as us, but they managed to make us feel like we were the only ones. When they were working with us, we had their undivided attention. We never plan to build another home as we now have our dream home, but if we were to build, we would definitely go with Weather Vane Homes!
