+ 0 morePerson was usually late according to agreed schedule and had to call him about it. Did not remove all yard items we had agreed to, although he was reminded and said he would. Would get crew started and then leave work site for extended periods of time. Used an inferior grade of decomposed granite that turned into small cement like clumps when it got wet. Promised to correct "the next day" and never returned. Work had to be redone by a different company at additional expense. My regret is not requiring a written contract to including his promised "guarantee".
Description of Work: Removal of unwanted grass, shrubs from yard area. 5 yards of decomposed gravel spread in front yard.
