Very good. They were very responsive and easy to work with.

They tried to snake it out and it did not work. They actually took the drain apart and replaced it. It took them two trips to replace the drain. If I had known if this would happen, I would have called someone else. I would not use them again.

The price seemed to be reasonable for the times. The tech that came to our home was very professional and careful to keep our carpet clean when he came into our home.

They came out to do an estimate first and looked at the pipe. They said they would come back to fix it with everything they needed. When they arrived they quickly turned around to get the tools and materials they needed. They came back, and then left again in 5 minutes for another hour. Finally, they went down in the basement to replace the pipe and instead of cutting it out with a saw they used a hammer and sewer drainage splattered everywhere. They didn’t put anything down so when they were walking around they tracked the mess all over my house. When he filled the whole in the wall he didn't have a trough to make the concrete even and flat .. They tried to charge us $1200 for a job that took less than two hours to do. They said it was 5 hours of labor at $170/hr and they were charging me for 4 saw blades when they only used 2. I was sitting there watching them the whole time so it was unbelieveable to me that they would try to get away with charging me so much. It was absolutely ridiculous. The only thing they didn't charge me for was the new pipe they installed! I called the owner of the business to complain. He said he would look at their GPS and see how long they were actually there and would get back to me. I feel like they are just trying to steal money from people who don't know any better. When I hire a company and pay them $170 an hour I expect the workers to be professional and be able to do the work efficiently and cleanly. This was definitely not the case and it was not worth the money at all. After a week the owner has never called back, also we found out that while they were sawing they cut the eletric wire to the water heater, wtile repairing the wire to the water heater looked over there plumbimg a found that they had not put clamps on the rubber boot. I called the owner again,talked about the job and problems. He came to job site looked with me finished the job, then he gave us a 50.00 dollar gift card,a check for 100.00 dollars and payed for electric repairs to water heater.

as soon as i called them that day they came over gave me a quote and said they could do the work right then within three hours they tore out my wall then there was a frenze work going on i was suprised how fast it was working and put back together i couldn't even tell that they where there
