Fantastic! It took a little longer than I expected but wasn't sure what to expect either. I had never had my carpet professionally cleaned before. Smells and looks fantastic and I have four dogs in my house (that are not always purfect little angels). Very satisfied with this service and will use it again next year.

We decided instead of restoration to sell the house as is to the Service Master contractor. We received a fair price and the sale process went completely as agreed. The owner/contractor, Rick Tegan, was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the transaction.

The sewer backed up into the basement and the owners of the house called ServiceMaster.. They came right out and did an amazing clean up job. They came and checked their fans and humidifiers and cut the dry wall that had been moldy out. Each person that came out was good at their job, and very friendly.. Great company, I would recommend them for any job, and I will be using them in the future.

Estimation was extremely low! They failed to set any schedule beyond no longer than three weeks, but when an appointment was made - they were hours late and did not call to communicate that. It took closer to three months to complete. The ceiling repair was left with a very visible hump where the new installation met the existing ceiling. A crack in the ceiling appeared at that intersection right after they left, they suggested adding caulk in the crack and painting again. The crack remains two years later! They billed an amount that did not contain any detail, did not show the deposit I paid up front, and was not what my insurance had authorized. I had to create a spreadsheet with the correct billing amount to straighten out THEIR books. This company is not professional, did not do quality work, was stretched too thin with available qualified staff, did not know how to estimate repair costs, and did not invoice a correct amount.
