+ -1 moreMike came out at a moment's notice because I needed the furnace checked on a house my Buyer's were considering purchasing. The company who checked it prior to Sermon Service & Electric gave an $800 quote to fix the furnace. Mike thoroughly checked it and said it was in good shape. He gave a couple of recommendations but nothing actually had to be done for it to work fine.
Description of Work: An older furnace needed to be checked to see if it was in need of repairs before my Buyer's purchased a vacant home. Sermon Service & Electric thoroughly checked it and said it was in good shape, that nothing needed to be done.
