The technicians did great work, toilet is working now and the problem (hard water build up) was well explained. However my service date had to be rescheduled twice and the price was way more than I was expecting for a 30min visit. Even the basic price for snaking the toilet would have been $150, so consider that when making your choice. Also, the technician did not want to take the Angie's List coupon so I had to use the Roto-Rooter coupon that was for $20 off in stead of $30 off like the Angie's list coupon.

The serviceman showed up promptly, was very approachable & friendly, & began work immediately. He checked the pipes through the crawlspace, examined the drain, & spoke to me about the issues we were having. The cost was presented, & agreed upon. As soon as the papers were filled out the work was completed quickly, and the drain performance was drastically improved. The repairman also went over how to use an enzyme product that would help the drains remain flowing. I would absolutely use this business for my future plumbing/drain repair needs. Their work was impeccable from the making of the appointment to the finish of the job,

Overall service was very good but I was unhappy with a few issues. My initial phone call to schedule a day for the service was not returned and I had to call back three days later to find out the date. The price seemed high compared to what we paid for the same service provided five years earlier by another company. This fee was more than twice as much. I expected a higher fee, but not quite this much of an increase. However, it was my mistake for not asking about the fee when I called to schedule the service. The two men who provided the service were extremely polite and professional. They called the day of the scheduled service to confirm the time and arrived at the scheduled time.

Technician was polite, professional and knew what to do. In all honesty, we we're a bit shocked at the $149.00 charge for what took about 10 minutes. We are not familiar with plumber costs, so maybe that is in the acceptable range. Again, the house call corrected the problem - technician was very nice and knowledgeable.. Note to self: Next plumber call - check the cost of the service call on the phone to avoid "sticker shock.".

He tried to snake the toilet first but the object was too big to grab or push. So he had to remove the toilet and get the object from the bottom. Then he had to reset the toilet .The price was estimated at the beginning before any work was performed so you were not upset when you got the bill. Very fast and friendly service.

They did a real good job and their price was quite reasonable. They came out right away when I called. They checked everything and found that a part of my draining had collapsed. They cleaned up their mess and they didn't charge for overtime service.

I called one day for one resident issue and then called for a differed resident issue the following day. Both times there response time was fabulous. Problems solved and residents happy make a happy resident manager!!!
