James came way out to Castleford to give us an estimate. I asked if an opener could be installed with an existing door, and even though the door in question had seen better days, James said it was structurally sound and that yes, Overhead Door could install an operator to work the door. He didn't try to up-sell us on a new door, which, because I was on a tight budget, I really appreciated. He quoted us an operator for $375, installed, on Friday, 9/26/14. On Monday the 29th, Rod came out and installed the operator. He was very courteous and professional, and took the time to explain all the features of our new operator. The bill came to $375, exactly what we were quoted. Before he left, Rod left a number where he could be reached should we have any questions or problems. Overhead Door of Twin Falls and Wood River Valley gave exceptional service, on time, at a great price. I would recommend them to anyone looking for any sort of garage door service.

We called this provider on Tuesday, January 28th, asking for an estimate to have someone come out and repair our broken garage door opener. The woman who answered the phone was rude and abrupt, and she told me that "someone in sales" would have to call me to set up a time to come out. She began the conversation by quoting what it would cost for different problems, and seemed to insinuate that I would just have to pay whatever they charged after they fixed it. I told them that that was why I wanted an estimate. On hearing this, she was clearly annoyed. More than 24 hours later, no call. I called her back today to ask why no one in sales had called me back, and she told me that they were "too busy on legitimate calls," and then... and this is what really slayed me... she told me that I "probably ought to hire someone else." Wow. I'll NEVER do business with these guys again!!!!!!!
