Description of Work: When they came to the house, they had samples and were very well prepared. He measured the window to be replaced, it was ordered and installed in the exact time frame promised.

Description of Work: Replaced 5 windows in a very old house. Really nice people, on the phone and in person. Did a terrific job which presented several challenges, due to the age of the house. The day they were supposed to come take measurements nobody came and nobody called. I called them and no one seemed to know what was going on. Then they didn't call me back so I called again and finally got on the schedule. They were also late arriving on the day of installation but had a valid excuse: weather and one worker just injured. Once they got here and started working they kept at it until it was done, well into the evening. Overall I am very pleased with them, would use them again and would recommend to others.
