The spray worked for about 3 weeks, but I am unhappy about the misquote Rob gave. Rob said he would do 3 spray applications for $180 and it would cover the year. He said he would come out and do a spray application in early spring, summer, and 1 in the fall. This didn't happen. He did 1 application in the spring and the bill was for $180 for 1 spray. He spent about 20 minutes spraying and about 25 minutes talking about his life story. If you want highway robbery to happen, go to Rob and No Fly Zone Pest Control. The price was not reasonable to spray for 20 minutes of an average size home and he charged $180 dollars. Avoid at all costs.

I was so pleased with excellent service!! I had ants for the first time ever. Rob Hess did a fantastic job and after one visit and treatment, ants were gone! Very courteous gentleman and if I ever had trouble again, I would want him to help. So, a very big Thank you!!

Very personable, makes sure the job is done right

They were very professional and kind. The attention to our pets and safety. They hit everywhere in and out. They even offered to come back if there was any problems for free. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Super nice gentleman but we called them for mites that were coming in the house and after the treatment, the mites returned the next day. We called back and they tried again, but again what they did, failed. So we spent $130 for basically meeting and talking to a nice gentleman, but never had our mite issue fixed. Based on this, I would most likely not use it again or recommend, I mean, we liked him, but we paid for nothing.

I am pleasantly surprised with the level of service. Clean, attention to detail, went the extra mile and fixed the problem. The fee was fair and not overpriced, at all, for the job. Most prices are probably double what I paid. I will be calling on them again, I am sure.

Working with Rob was a complete and wonderful experience. Let me know when he would be out (same day on both occasions) and was there promptly at the expected time. Did a complete job of spraying things down and when the wasps were still there about a week later he came right out and sprayed again at no extra cost to me. The value for his service was terrific and I will not hesitate to have him back again for follow-ups. Everyone in Twin Falls with any type of pest issues should reach out to Rob to have the project done.

Rob Hess is a true professional. It is always difficult to find dependable service-providers in Sun Valley. Rob showed up on time, did a very thorough inspection and treatment and asked me to contact him if I saw any rodents or bugs. In addition to treating my home, he also treated some Aspens that had borer beetles. I though that the trees were being invaded by carpenter ants, but Rob set me straight on that. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. It is a shame that he had to drive all the way from Twin Falls -lucky for me, since none of the â localâ pest termination businesses responded to my inquiry.
