+ 0 moreJeff is unreliable. Does not back up his work. He is also lacks in communication. The tree he installed was dying last year after only installed few months prior. We notified him of this fact then. This spring it failed to get any leaves. It did indeed die. He promised to come out the following week , no show. He refused to replace the tree. We had to pay for a new tree. We spent 1800.00 with this company. We would NEVER recommend him to anyone and would advise anyone we spoke to AVOID Moose creek
Description of Work: Irrigation installation, pvc fence, sod installed plants and a tree. Spent quite a large sum with this company. Communication is rated F. Numerous calls to Jeff, went to voice mail. Would respond days later saying he would be out to address problems. Then a no show. We notified him in 2O19 few months after our tree was put in. The tree was losing all its leaves. He finally cane out weeks later and said it was not dying. Spring came and again we notified Jeff the tree was dead. He promised to come over the next week. Again no show or phone call. So we had to replace the tree ourselves

+ -1 moreCalled to schedule to have a fence put up. Stated that he would come out the next day to evaluate the job. I wanted at the house all day for his call. No call. I called in the afternoon and the call went to voice mail. Left a message. No return call. Called again in the morning, again went directly to voice mail. I lost money as I work for myself and wasted a day waiting for him. I went to another company.
Description of Work: Build a fence in a horse pasture.

Description of Work: We needed somebody to finish building our vinyl fence. I contacted Moose Creek and they gave me a quote of $500. This was reasonable and I said I would call them back to set up an appointment. I called both of their phone numbers back several times with several messages left over the course of about three weeks. There was never a returned call or message. In turn I ended up doing the job myself which felt better anyway and saved me the $500 they apparently do not need or want.

Description of Work: My husband was backing a trailer up and ran into some of the vinyl fencing. The contractor replaced a few panels and also added a double gate to place our trailer through.

+ -1 moreWe made a few changes during the installation and they were very willing to do it with not complaints so overall they were great.
Description of Work: I had a vinyl fence installed around our new built house. The fence is very nice, looks great and matches the house. We are planning to have them come back and do the curbing and sprinklers in a few months when we have the money.
