Description of Work: This company stood us up after we completely prepared our home to have the carpets cleaned. We called the phone # in the book and he never answered the phone and never returned the call when a message was left on his answering machine. We continued to try and contact him for several days with the same results. We found out KMJ has made a habit of treating their customers this way. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THIS COMPANY. On a scale of 1-10 this company is rated below one. JL

+ -1 moreI called KMJ Carpet Cleaning and they were able to give me an estimate over the phone. They even scheduled to get my carpets cleaned within the next 48 hours. They came and moved my furniture for me. The cleaning was great. They made my carpets look like new for a lot less then what other companies were going to charge me. I am so impressed and would definitely call them to clean my carpets again.
Description of Work: Carpets cleaned in two bedrooms and a large front room.
