Description of Work: I called on a Wednesday morning to set up an estimate appointment for some yardwork. First, the man who answered the phone didn't identify the company, I had to ask if I had the right number. Second, he said he would be in our area on Friday of the week I called and requested I send him my contact information via a text message, which I did. I asked he call back and verify the appointment. He did not call back. I called again that Friday asking about the appointment. He told me they were too busy catching up after a rain storm had passed through the area, and that he hadn't gotten the text until that morning. He said he'd call me on the following Monday or Tuesday to set up another appointment. Never heard from him.

Description of Work: They arrived as agreed, coureous, pofessional, great job. Will be using weekly. I wished I had contacted them earlier

Description of Work: Had Kody winterize sprinklers and helped find a leak and also informed us of things that we need to fix and what parts we would need to do it ourselves. Will be for sure calling to have him help with anything in the future.
