Terrible work. We had Jeff Hartman come out two different times to try and fix our Refrigerator and get it to to start cooling down again. All he managed to do was charge us $110 dollars to come out and break our cooling fan and later say it was already broke, even though our fridge never sounded like a generator before. I called him on his work and he had a bad attitude and used profane language on the phone. Both times he left here he immediately ran to cash our check at the bank. Seemed very strange. Very unprofessional person and work. Your better off looking on YouTube as how to fix it yourself and save money.
Description of Work: Nothing for what he was paid for. In fact, if he had never come I would still have had a refrigerator that wouldn't cool down but my cooling fan wouldn't be broke.

Refridgerator wasnt cooling anymore. Hartman came out did some work to it for about 15 minutes and left. Started getting a little cooler over a couple days but not much. Called him back up and he came out and told us our fan was broken on one blade and will run louder but cool down now, and left. I returned home from work to a sound like a small air compressor running. The floor was hot by my feet and along edges of fridge. He supposedly vaccumed out all the junk in back with MY vaccum, but after inspecting myself that evening it still had stuff all over back in there. Fridge vibrated the floor it ran so hard. Instead of being a professional and fixing the fan blade too, or saying he would get the part and come back, he took some more money and left. Called him up and told him he should come make this right cuz its worse now than when he started. He called back with an attitude and some fine language. If you want someone to do work quick and be gone this is the business for you. If you want someone professional who takes pride in their work, fixes problems right the first time and will treat ya right, get someone else.
Description of Work: Attempted to fix a Refridgerator that wasn't cooling down.

The service company came out, had the problem located within 20 min. They had a part local in stock for an older Maytag dryer, which was somewhat surprising, and had it installed and working by mid day. Price was very fair for the time of two trips out. Service technician seemed very competent and stayed on task until the job was completed. I would recommend this company to anyone; I will use them again as many times as we need service. Very satisfied.
Description of Work: A bearing failed on our clothes dryer - making a horrible screech.

I told him what the freezer wasn't doing and the make and the model. He showed up with the correct part, repaired it and was gone in about 8 minutes.
