They did nothing they were asked to do - inside windows were not washed, refrigerator was not cleaned underneath - bathroom had dead bugs behind the toilet - base boards were not washed. They sent the gal out for a second time after I showed them pictures - it still was not done. This company obviously does not stand by its guarantee. Would never consider them again.
Description of Work: They were hired to deep clean an empty apartment.

Description of Work: They were called in to clean my home. First of all my house is clean but I need help with dusting blinds ect. I gave a detailed list and none of it was done. Someone came a second time story the same. House was dirtier than before. I would never ever use again.

Description of Work: They cleaned my house every other week. My problem with this service was that somedays they wouldn't show up. I understand that things happen but nobody would call and let me know. So sometimes my house would sit unlocked for the whole weekend if we were out of town. The different ladies that cleaned were very nice. But I just had a lot of no shows.

+ -1 moreFound service through our realtor. Wanted the house cleaned the day we closed on the house, prior to actually sleeping there (that night). The company was very good about scheduling the service for that day in the time window we requested. Two people were sent and they were very nice and good with the kids when we showed up about halfway through their cleaning. OVerall they did a very good job (I didn't see the place before but it was clean after!) - wasn't too crazy about the bathroom jobs as they were still a bit spotty and they also oiled the laminate (fake) wood floors, which led to some slipperiness and messiness trying to clean it off. Otherwise it was all well done and done as requested.
Description of Work: Used for whole-house cleaning prior to moving in.

+ -1 moreI have asked her to continue throughout the year. She will come every other week and freshen the house while I am at work. I can't tell you what a help this is. My house is difficult to clean because it was built in 1915 and we have not have a chance to do the remodeling that is badly needed. Under these circumstances more elbow grease is needed because we have old wooden floors and old sinks. I am very pleased with her work.
Description of Work: My housekeeper was friendly, respectful, and efficient. She followed my instructions and when she finished the house was clean and fresh.
