We first met her at an open house and even though we had already had a realtor at the time, Jamie was so accommodating and responsive that we switched to her right away. She bent over backwards to find us a house that not only met all of our needs, but one that we are going to love for a very long time, even after a year of looking. She was able to show us houses any day of the week and most of the time during hours that most realtor won?t even pick up the phone; she would spend hours showing us, at times, 14 houses in one day just to work around our schedules. Even when she was on vacation she was very obliging, answering my questions via text. I highly recommend her!!!! She has been nothing but astonishing, friendly, and marvelous.

Michelle lacks the experience needed to make a good sles pitch and lacks the knowledge of historic homes.  She seems to not hold accountability and lacks motivation in selling a home or speaking to neighbors when in a historic district with a shared driveway.  She stubbornly refused to accept the fact that there was a 90some year old neighbor to whom I agreed most access of the driveway for health reasons.  She refused to ask them to move car on open house day and when I told her I was paying her a commission, she had to turn her tears to her partner to cancel our agreement as she refused to do the work of a skilled, experienced, motivated real estate agent.  She did not want to work for her money.

See above.  When the going gets tough, the inexperienced realtor cancels the agreement.  When it comes time to do a job, the " lazy" realtor cancels out.
