Description of Work: Jamie McDowell sold me my house

Description of Work: I had an offer in which agent declined without presenting to me stating he could get more and told buyer agent to "get serious". I never had any other offers therefore lost this sale on a house I can not seem to sell. In the initial signing of contract, Munn bragged how he would have multiple open houses to bring the people in and show this lovely home. On scheduling the 4th open house his partner, couldn't get past the driveway issue and when I said she didn't have to be my agent, she went "crying" to Munn who cancelled the contract stating they were wasting their time with open houses and expenses. In my opinion, this is their job, and how expensive is it to unlock a door and sit on a chair for 2 hours??????? Should I get an attorney and sue for losing the initial sale of home?

Description of Work: See under review of Jim Munn. Michelle lacks the experience needed to make a good sales pitch and lacks the knowledgeof historic homes. She seems to not hold accountability and lacks motivation in selling a home or speaking to neighbors when in a historic district with shared driveway. She stubbornly refused to accept the fact that there was a 90some year old neighbor whoI agreed most access to the driveway for health reasons. She refused to ask them to move car on open house day and when I toldher I was paying her a commission, she had to turn her tears to her partner and cancel our agreement as she refused to do the work of a skilled experience, motivated real estate agent. She did not want to work for her money.
