DaBella - Twin Falls

Scott B. was extremely helpful and answered all the questions we had about getting a quote for siding on our house. He walked us through what the process would be like and what to expect in the upcoming weeks once we decided on what was wanted. He also helped us in the process with the type of financing we wanted. Now we are waiting on the project to start but so far I have been happy with the service provided.

We’re recent home owners and had been conversing about renovations/improvements to our home. One of our concerns was the wood siding. A door rep happened to schedule an apt in which we met with Scott. Scott was professional, well prepared with samples and photos of similar projects. It was amazing to see how the siding varied and an improvement from vinyl or other sidings available. There’s a great variety of color to choose from. Monthly payment estimate was lower than expected. The best part quoting Scott, “you’re not just buying a product, you’re buying a service.” This is in reference to additional services such as warranty of product.

Nikko and Kieran were fabulous. They were honest, helpful, and answered all of our questions! DaBella would be the company we choose!

Yes Delene was very knowledgeable, professional and polite and answered all of my questions without any hesitation and made sure I understood everything that she was talking about. She was telling me about their system and how all the steps would go and showed me the rigorous process of making sure the roofers are professional and very well trained professionals. I definitely would recommend Dabella to anybody looking to replace a roof, windows or anything else that they offer.

The only reason I'm rating this a 2 is the windows are nice. I had 5 new windows installed on the 20th of April. Twice I had to kick things holding my gate open letting my dogs the chance to get out of the yard, 2nd they left massive gaps around on the out side of my house around multiple windows,, some over a 1/2 inch which will let moisture into the wood framing. 3rd they used one piece of corner molding on on window, 3 on another ect inside the house. Extremely shotty work for the money I paid, just because it's a manufactured home doesn't mean it's ok to cut corners. I will be reporting to the BBB, soon if issues are not fixed and work done to much higher standard

As far as home improvements and repairs, a new roof is probably one of the biggest home investments a homeowner will have in their lifetime (other than the initial purchase of the home). Doing it right and providing the homeowner with outstanding service should be the hallmark of any contracting service. With this in mind, and our recent experience with DaBella on replacing our roof, I would not recommend them for your roof replacement. To say that DaBella worked like a bull in a China shop would be an understatement. After the work was done, we are now faced with damage to our home- an additional unexpected expense: - Considerable damage to the rain gutters (several areas of being bent, dented and missing mounts), DaBella left them full of debris and nails. We cleaned out eight pounds of roofing nails in the gutters. - Stucco and roof eave damage from hastily installed roof shingles. - Bent open valley flashing installed. Would expect new install to be fairly pristine. - Failed to follow GAF’s recommended install of their Cobra IntakePro product. The installation of the intake has made the front of the house appear that we are having issues with shingles lifting because of the unevenness of the install. Roof replacement is a lifetime investment. And should be worry free, and satisfying to the homeowner. A Homeowner should not have to regret their decision on who they choose. Because regret makes you go from once being happy and proud of your home, to now seeing it as a nice home with an inferior roof replacement. I very much regret choosing DaBella.

We ate very happy with Kegan and Toni they did an awesome job answering all our questions and finding what would work best for use they were very friendly and polite. We are looking forward to getting our new windows for our house. Would recommend them and dabella to anyone.

Scott Bronson came to look at my roof and had lots of information and knowledge about what I needed. He let me know about some concerns to keep an eye on and was very helpful and polite! I would definitely recommend him and Dabella!

I signed up for a free inspection/estimate with DaBella. I was nervous that someone was going to show up and pressure me into signing up for something I didn’t need. Scott Bronson showed up and proved me completely wrong. He took a look around and then shared a few things that needed a little attention. He wasn’t pushy at all. Scott was personable and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure he looked at everything and made me aware of any problems that he saw or may arise in the future. Because of Scott and his friendliness and professionalism we will definitely contact DaBella for future siding or window needs.

They were very kind, they explained the entire process of the contract and the installation with detail and patience, we liked the quality of the products they offer.
