+ -1 moreI called my home warranty company because of an air conditioning leak. They suggested Custom Quality Heating and Air. They called me within thirty minutes of the warranty company contacting me, and set up an appointment for the same afternoon. This is the beginningof July in the desert. He called again about an hour later, to tell me that he had finished up another job early and could he come earlier. He arrived, early, and checked out my system. My warranty did not cover the repair, so he gave me an estimate and told me to call when I was ready to have it fixed. Well I called him a week later, at noon. He arranged to be at my house by 4 to 430. The same afternoon. He was early again, and quickly performed the repair. Well worth more money (don't tell them that) just for the service. I would recommend them to anyone!
