Comfort Heating And Air Conditioning

The tech was very thorough and explained what he was doing as he went. The furnace was in good operating condition, however he did find that a sensor for the air conditioning coolant flow was never connected when first installed 4 years ago. I will have to have that fixed when it gets warmer outside. The price was very reasonable compared to other companies I checked with. The only issue I had was they missed my first appointment due to not adding me to their schedule, but they rescheduled for the next day. UPDATE 3/10/2014: After almost a month now (inspection was 2/12/2014), and repeated attempts to call the owner and have them send me the inspection report that they promised the day of service, I went to the residence of the owner and spoke with his wife who cashed my check. She said she didn't know why the report had not been sent. My state inspection was over 3 weeks ago, and the state has been patiently waiting for me to provide this report. I may have to dispute the check being cashed with my bank, and order another inspection this week. UPDATE 3/13/2014: After going directly to the owners house and speaking with his wife, the report was delivered in the afternoon on 3/11/2014. My advice after the fact? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
