It was really reasonable. The carpet cleaning was great. He did use a sticker on the linoleum because it was wet. They were really fast, thorough and did a really good job.

Arrived right on time, cleaned and freshened the carpet. They were even able to remove the pet odor from the apartment!

I am very disappointed with the staff at Claude Browns. They had no issues working with me when it came time to purchase carpet and take my money, but now that there are problems I can't get anyone to help. I purchased carpet from Claude Browns and within one year of us walking on the carpet it is completely crushed. I have been calling over a year now to get answers and try to get it replaced but I just get the run around. When I was finally able to get a hold of the sales person he told me to get the carpet cleaned (and of course he said to use Claude Browns carpet cleaning service) to see if that would bring the carpet back up. I had them come out and clean it in November and when they were done the carpet was soaked. It was supposed to take 2 days to dry but it was so wet it took over week. I called and let them know cleaning did not help. I spoke to my sales person but he was going on a trip so he couldn't come out to look at the carpet. He told me he would be gone for a week but would get a hold of me when he got back in to town. Big surprise, I still have not heard back from that person and that was over seven months ago. I have decided to cut my losses and find a company/sales people that is reliable, responsive, stands behind it's products, and cares about the customer. I will not recommend Claude Browns to anyone and I will be going elsewhere for new carpet.

I was very pleased with their service in the store. Very informative and knew their products. I called 2 days later (Saturday) and told them I decided to buy the sofa, put it on a credit card and they delivered it on Monday morning, at no additional charged. The cost of the sofa was less than comparables at other stores.

They really did a great job and cleaned the carpets better than they have ever been cleaned. They did the best job by far than anyone else in the past. They did a multi-step process and it turned out to work wonderfully.
