+ -1 moreThey quoted a $65.00 minimum diagnostic fee (that was $10.00 less than anyone else) and said they would apply that to the labor if they did the work. And, that was exactly what they did. I had numerous viruses and malware on my computer and it was completely locked up with a blue screen error. I could not boot up or anything. They picked up my computer at about 10 AM and returned it at 2:30 PM the same day. It was running perfect, just like when it was brand new. They even cleaned it up inside and outside (it is a laptop), and I didn't ask them to. They total charge was only $65.00 and they gave me a coupon for 15% off on labor if I needed any future work done. But, here is the main thing, Forrest (the owner) was absolutely the most professional and trustworthy computer person I have ever dealt with, and there have been a few in my life. I would recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: Multiple virus and malware removal, laptop cleaning (I did not ask for, but got it anyway).
