Nick had a helper who had difficulty completing the task correctly, so Nick came and re-did the entire project by himself. He was awesome!
Description of Work: Removed and replaced grout in an old shower.

Contacted Nick regarding putting tile in our upstairs and possibly our downstairs bathroom. Nick came over and gave estimates for both bathrooms. We decided to just do our upstairs bathroom in tile and will wait to do the downstairs in the near future (probably after the holidays). I was planning a party for November 9th and even though Nick had several projects going on and was unsure if he was going to be able to get it done, he managed to complete the project before my party. It took 2 days to tear out, prep the floor, and install the tile floor and tile baseboards. Really enjoy the new floor!

Great. NIck came out and gave installation bid. Informed him of tile arrival date and arranged date for tile installation. Nick picked up the tile from our supplier and brought it to the house. The crew tore out our old kitchen, laundry room and bathroom flooring and installed the new 12"x24" tiles and even used the same tile to create floor board around kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom, kick board underneath cabinets, and a nice tile boarder around our kitchen island. One tile was not level which was not a problem the tile was easily reset and perfect. We love the new floor.
