Very friendly! Quick to return a call to my online inquiry, Awesome communication about time and arrival, and He answered all of my questions about the stove I have and future maintenance and cleaning. The process was clean and they respected my home. I just canâ t say enough good. Oh and to top it off my stove is working hotter and stronger now saving my wood!
