Evergreen Concrete Cutting Inc

We are doing a complete basement remodel and we have had Evergreen Concrete cutting out twice. This outfit is fabulous, from the point of calling in and scheduling the job, to working with the operator, to speaking to their billing staff. Part of our concrete slab needed grinding to get it level. We also needed some core drilling for venting. My carpenter called some outfits he had worked with in the past but no one was very responsive. I called another outfit who didn't bother to show up when they said they would to give a bid. Then I called Evergreen Concrete. I was informed by Dale that they have a policy of coming out within 48 hours. He gave a very accurate bid over the phone. The operators came out, levelled my floor, and drilled two beautifully accurate holes in my 9" thick basement walls. When I needed two more cores drilled for new electrical service and slab sawing for an interior french drain, I immediately called Evergreen Concrete. They came out and completed the work two days later. Lastly, their prices are incredibly reasonable given their professionalism and responsiveness.

We were setting in concrete sidewalk panels and when our precaster showed up with the sidewalk panels, they were a little too big. It was kind of an emergency, we just needed somebody right away. The precaster had referred Evergreen to us. We called them, they came right away and got it done. We were done by the end of the day. We had no delays or anything for the job because they came right out and cut those down for us.
