When I called to have them move it to allow good signal access they charged me to move it. I spoke to supervisor and she would not wave the charge. 150.00 per month and then lied to? A valued customer..???????? Hmmmm. I will not have direct tv when my contract is up nor will I recommend to anyone. Liars and cheats.

The bundling has been a disaster. It took months of getting disconnected before they had our accounts tied together. Either the internet or cable would get shut off becuase directv and the internet people couldn't communicate (we had paid). The service is good unless there is a dense snowstorm, in which case I can watch shows I have recorded. The cable quality and selection is good but it has been literally hours and hours of phone calls to figure this stuff out.

They changed package but do always try to upsale which is aggravating.

He came the same day that we called him, which was the only good thing I can think to say about him. He found that a cable was broken, but he didn't have the cable that we needed and seemed hesitant to replace it. He put a temporary cable in it's place that is outside the installation and just hangs from the television to the receiver. He said he would call us with a price for the cable that we needed, but he never did. He spent most of his time in our home on the phone with other prospective and current customers. I felt like they were more important than we were, yet we pulled out our checkbook and paid him $100 for less than a half hours work. Right after he left the system shut down with a strange message. We called Direct TV and they helped us get up and running again. I feel he was way overpriced for what he did, and certainly didn't make us feel like we were important as customers.

I had Dish Network, a door to door sales man came by and told me that Directv had bought out Dish network and if I wanted satelite tv that I would have to sign up with them. I am ashamed to say I fell for it and they installed that same day. Sloppy job , it did not work and I called for service, the serviceman fixed the problem and said that the dish was bent,installed wrong, had loose connections, and that I had been lied to about my old provider. I finally had enough an called to cancel service and was told I had to pay $250.00 for the privilege of not using their service any more.
