AWESOME service! James responded very quickly. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to not only diagnose our spa issue, but he had the parts in one day and was back to get us up and running. He even included a water change, drained and refilled our jacuzzi. We would definitely recommend James and will add him to our list of trades we will continue to use.

James correctly diagnosed the pump problem and got the ball rolling on a replacement. After the replacement, another problem surfaced and James reached out to his technical resources to verify the fix of the second problem. We are pleased with the results and his willingness to get the problems fixed. He was on time and on budget and went the extra mile.

James is such a friendly and helpful guy. Before we found Quality Pool & Spa we had a different hot tub mechanic come out. He basically told us we were screwed and we would need to wait until spring for the water in the motor to thaw out. But James made sure to get our hot tub working, and he did it all within a WEEK! He was always just a text or call away if we ever had any questions or concerns, and his prices ended up being super affordable. I would recommend him 10/10! We are so excited to have our hot tub working again!

James is very thorough. He was candid in that he didn't have a lot of experience servicing a salt water hot tub, but did a lot of research on his time/dime, even calling the manufacturer of the tub on multiple occasions.

I called for pricing regarding spa maintenance when we get our hot tub next year and James was very friendly and informative over the phone! He even offered resources he had to help us move the hot tub from its current location and run the required wiring. Looking forward to working with him more in the future!

We are incredibly happy with James at Quality Pool and Spa. He goes above and beyond our expectations. We originally hired Quality Pool and Spa to fix a leak in our hot tub that another company could not find. James not only found the leak, but he also thoroughly went through the entire tub to make sure everything else was working properly. We have Quality also doing our Chemical and Cleaning Maintenance. Our tub is always crystal clean and ready to be used. We cannot recommend them enough.
