Absolutely fabulous. He came when scheduled and was punctual and very professional. Application was amazing! There were so many layers which are really designed to control odor as we have a dog. Ryan and his wife worked hard and relentlessly to make the application perfect. It looks wonderful and our dog loves the turf in place of the big rocks. We can walk outside barefooted thanks to Ryan's hard work.

This was the easiest and most positive experience I have had with any contractor in Idaho. From the initial informational call, there was a quick callback from Ryan for a discussion regarding my needs. An appointment was promptly scheduled, and the in-person consultation at my house was very informative. He examined the area I was needing turf installed, and brought several turf samples to choose from. He explained every detail about the quality, brands, material composition, appearance, expectations, timeframe, etc., and then I received an emailed estimate later that same day. After agreeing to have the work performed (very easy to sign/agree to contract online), Ryan kept me updated frequently about the ordering and delivery timeframe. He worked very hard to be sure there were no holdups/delays in the shipping process. He even communicated frequently with my handyman to be sure that the surface was ready for installation. The day the turf arrived, Ryan delivered it to my house and then began work the next day. It was complete in one day (it is a very small area compared to the larger jobs he does) and the improvement in the appearance of the pool area was so dramatic! We absolutely love the turf - it makes our pool area look like a resort. The turf is very realistic looking and very sturdy - plus it feels great on bare feet and never needs mowing! Every visitor to our house has complimented how nice it looks. Ryan followed up a week later by calling and asking if we were satisfied. Our expectations were exceeded! I would highly recommend 208Turf as the only company you need to call if you are interested in turf - we had a fantastic experience working with this company.

Excellent price and FAST completion! Kept us informed every step of the way with prices and design questions and changes. A pleasure to do business with! The water feature came out even better than we thought it would and the cost was exactly in line with estimates. I was so pleased with the speed and efficiency as well as the communication.

Bottom line. We are please with result. 208 Turf did exactly what was stipulated. Showed up on time and did the work in a professional manner. We recommend them and would you them again.
