+ -1 moreThis company listed above, Timberwolf Construction Inc, did not finish the job that whey were hired to do but they kept the money given to them for the entire job. Big mistake hiring them in the begining. It is not recommended that others use this undependable company. Out of all of the contractors that I used on this house, only this one was unreliable and quit in the middle of the job. I had to hire another contractor to complete the work that Timberwolf Construction was hired for. I paid out half again money to get the job finished.
Description of Work: Rough in of mechanical equipment for the house. Plumming was included but never completed.

+ -1 moreOriginal estimate was 2009 but I had to delay install for a year. However, contractor still honored original estimate (with minor increases for materials price increase). As punctual as tradespeople can ever be; neat, courteous.
Description of Work: Added basement bathroom with jetted tub, shower, sink, toilet. Complicated because (1) had to cut out floor concrete slab to add sub-floor plumbing and (2) had to route all drainwater to a large sump tank from which then pumped up to level of drain exit from the house. Also, old plumbing had some code issues which this contractor was required to fix before added plumbing was passed by inspectors. 6 months later I had a water heater failure and leaking; called Todd, he fitted me into his schedule within 3 days and repaired the heater by adding a pressure-surge bladder rather than telling me I needed a new water heater.
