Description of Work: My initial call to the office was not returned when they said it would be. I had to call back and schedule service. I used Mathew's because of their reputation and length of time in business. I had a particular problem with the drain for my downstairs bath. It took some creative thinking on their part but made it work. Overall, I"m happy with the service provided, though I do think it was quite costly.

 + -1 moreThe work was fine, but the owners have changed within in the last ten years and from the looks of things they are out for bread money and I found the charge for the water heater to be extremely high. I will not use them again.

 + -1 moreCalled to get an estimate on plumbing problems they were alright on the phone not to friendly though. Tried to explain the issues that were going on and couldn't explain it well enough for me to feel they knew all that was going on. Asked if there was anyway they could just come out and take a look he said that would be fine and that he would stop by later that day. Waited all day and he never showed or called to let me know he wasn't able to come out. Waste of a day and disappointed with the lack of professionalism on not keeping to a schedule.
