INSPECT IT FIRST PROPERTY

Got his name from a friend who is extremely particular about everything, who had just purchased a property in Island Park. When I got to the property about 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment, Chris was already up on the roof. He worked for four hours as my realtor became progressively more anxious. He then went through every item and answered all my questions. Chris pointed out items that were in code, but done in a shoddy manner. He also explained what must be fixed vs what can be deferred. By 7:30 am the next day, I had a 75 page report with color photographs documenting the inspection. I'm pretty sure no realtor is ever going to recommend Chris, so I did. The report had photos of every loose shingle and every defective outlet in the house. He even measured the output of every sprinkler head in the yard! Chris told me to call him any time with questions. I called him 18 months later to discuss one repair and he was just as helpful (no charge). I don't remember his exact fee, but it was well within reason. Chris' renamed his company Robertson Quality Inspections.
