WASTE MANAGEMENT

When I called Waste Management I was able to get the information on prices I needed and it took less than 2 minutes. When I am ready to have the dumpster delivered, they are the company I will call. I hope their delivery and pick up service is as efficient as their phone service is. I have not actually used their service, however, I spent two and a half hours trying to get price information from other companies to get a dumpster and was never able to get the information I wanted. I thought my comment was clear, but apparently it was not. Please...let me be clear for you. I was only gathering information. Several of the companies that I made inquiries of would not give prices or usable information. In addition to not being able to get a price or get the information I was seeking, I wasted 2 and a half hours of my time trying to get the price and information that I was NEVER able to get. Now, pay attention. The only company that was useful was WasteManagement because: 1. A live human ansered the phnone. 2. My question(s) were answered in less than 2 (count 'em, two) minutes. 3. That is why I stated I was only looking for information. 4. Since I was able to get information from WasteManagement, I stated that "if and when I decide to do...whatever I was going to do, I would use WasteManagement.
